Customer service answers you from Monday to Friday. YJAAB does not have a telephone customer service, but only by e-mail.

Payments by check and bank transfer are not offered by your YJAAB, please contact the customer service to make an arrangement if necessary.

DELIVERY:

The delay appears at the time of the basket in the means of delivery, delays expressed in working days.

All orders placed before noon are counted on the day J. An order placed in the afternoon will be taken into account the next day.

YJAAB, is in no way responsible for the delivery of your package, only the company chosen during your order is held responsible for any delay in delivery, loss and damage to the package.

If the delivery time exceeds 15 days, from the day of the order, the buyer may request the proof of deposit to make a claim to the company in charge of delivery. YJAAB is at your disposal to provide you with the necessary documents.

Deliveries are made by Colissimo International for all orders outside France and Belgium.

The delivery times must be taken into account at the time of the order, please add to this delay which is most often noted a possible delay of 3 clear days in case of peak orders.

In case of wrong address, the package will be returned (within 15 days postage). We will contact you upon receipt. The customer will then be mandated for the payment of actual delivery costs according to the weight of the package.

All damaged packages must be refused:

No bulk order is possible.
